Refund policy

We do not generally accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Kindly note that refunds cannot be issued if the product has been used.

Kindly note that the courier costs associated with returns and/or exchanges will be for the account of the customer. Alternatively, you can also drop your returned item(s) at our Cape Town collection point – please contact us to arrange this option.
